Winrose Cottage is Georgian and is situated in Bidford High Street. The rear views are delightful, looking out over the River Avon and ancient bridge, across meadows towards the distant Cotswold Hills. Despite its age it is in fact completely modern inside although the larger bedroom retains one exposed oak beam! The French doors from the lounge open out onto a patio and a small pebbled garden with an array of colourful pots. The river is just a few feet from the garden gate. Bidford itself is a vibrant, attractive village where many like to picnic in the summer and walk along the banks of the river, fish or hire long boats. Stratford-on-Avon is only a ten minute drive away.
