6 Cottages - Newbarn Farm consists of 40 acres of private land, lakes (with 6 course fishing), woodland (which has 2.5 acre adventure woodland in school holidays) set in a beautiful sheltered valley close to Paignton, Torquay and Totnes. Bordering the South Hams area of South Devon (designated 'an area of outstanding natural beauty') the site boasts panoramic views all the way to Dartmoor (approx 15 miles), yet is close to the large holiday and seaside attractions of Paignton, Torquay and Brixham (collectively known as Torbay). There are two apartments and four cottages sleeping from 2 to 8 people. The recently converted luxury apartments are part of the large farmhouse which commands excellent views over the valley and surrounding countryside. Both have been awarded fours stars by the English Tourist Council. Free use of large indoor heated swimming pool complex. £25 surcharge to accommodate extra guests in each cottage payable on arrival. £20 surcharge for each dog.
