Description
Mocktree Barns Cottages date from the 16th Century and were once a set of farm buildings. They were converted about ten years ago to provide 5 comfortable and well-equipped holiday cottages situated around a south-facing courtyard. The properties are set in an acre of grounds with panoramic views towards the Clee Hills and beyond. Working farmland is all around, with easy access for walking provided by a network of public footpaths. Visitors are welcome to share part of the large garden and courtyard. All of the cottages have a wealth of exposed beams and stone features. Leintwardine Village (2 miles away) is prettily located on the banks of the River Teme where there is an annual coracle regatta.
