The village is set just below the lovely contrasting scenery of Bodmin Moor and just above the River Camel Valley which can be joined at Merrymeeting about a mile distant and the well known Camel Trail leading from Wenford Bridge to Padstow on the North Coast. A great base also to explore the North Cornwall attractions of coastal resorts and the Eden Project.
