Only St Andrews can combine Scotland's oldest university with the world's most famous championship golf course and two of Scotland's finest beaches. The 'Auld Toon' is a focal point for Scottish history both academically and ecclesiastically, and is the starting point for the history of Golf worldwide. It is within easy reach of Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh, to the south, or of the unforgettable Scottish Highlands to the north.. Our apartments share one of North Street's listed buildings. We are at the quiet end of this largely residential street, just a couple of minutes from the town centre, overlook the university, and are just a five minute walk from the Old Course. Even closer are the substantial remains of the Renaissance Bishop's Castle, overshadowing the Castle Sands, and the nearby ruins of the Medieval Cathedral. Cobwebs, accessed via an easily negotiable rear staircase, boasts one of St Andrews's secret walled gardens, laid out with patio, lawn, fruit trees and flower beds. Scribbles is the smaller flat below, accessed directly from the street, with a modest backyard furnished for relaxing sunny evenings.
