This traditional Steading lies in the Parish of Weem and has magnificent views over the Tay Valley and surrounding countryside. This is a superb region for fishing, both salmon and trout on WEEM WATER, just 3 miles from the door, with excellent fishing for 6 rods, as well as Loch Tay, the Rivers Lyon.Tommel and Tay. Shooting is also available, and canoeing, hill-walking, pony-trekking and riding are all within easy range. There are also golf courses, tennis courts and bowling greens, as well as a Recreations centre, with gym, swimming pool, squash court, snooker and more. The scenery is unsurpassed: Ben Lawers, with its alpine flowers, mysterious Schiellion, Glen Lyon, Birks of Aberfeldy, the Falls of Acharn. Then there are the Iron Age Crannogs, stone circles, standing stones, Castle Menzies and mediaeval churches.
