You enter Cook's View down a tiny, traditional alley. Take the stairs down and you find the first twin bedroom. Go up the wood panelled flight of stairs you will come across a large, modern, fitted kitchen/diner and living room with all the usual facilities. There is a coal effect gas fire and timber floors in this room. There is a veranda at the back of Cook's View overlooking the yard, with a laundry room off. On the next floor is the family bathroom with shower over the bath. Off this landing is one of the twin bedrooms with beams, fireplace and en-suite shower. At the very top of the house is the master bedroom in a beamed loft.
