A five-minute drive takes you into the beautiful cathedral town of Dornoch, with its lovely stone buildings, shops, restaurants, two golf courses and award-winning extensive sandy beach. Lots to do in the area, with other golf courses, birdwatching, walking, fishing, dolphin watching, even Orkney for the day! A good centre for touring the Highlands. Most saturday evenings in summer the Dornoch Pipe Band plays in the square.
