Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Little Barton, is a large, comfortable, old-fashioned Victorian farmhouse with panoramic sea views and a large garden. Run on organic principles, the farmhouse is very close to the Coastal Path, Atlantic beaches and wild beautiful countryside. There is plenty of wildlife living on the land surrounding the house, including badgers, hawks and hares, with the long access track full of wildflowers in summer. Hartland is a thriving community with many potters, craftspeople and artists and various courses run locally. The area is wonderful for walking, mountain boarding, biking, surfing and bird watching.
