Standing on its own in the ancient and beautiful Penwith landscape, Chy Barnett has sea views from all its main rooms. Inside the house, built in 1905, the original wood floors and wood panelling have been kept, together with the pretty tiled fireplaces. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with three double bedrooms and one single, dining room with multi fuel stove, sitting room, large kitchen and conservatory which provides breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets. Night storage heating is included in the rent. The garden is mostly hydrangea and membretia, but there is plenty of grass on which to set out the garden chairs and where children can play. About 300 yards along the track and scramble over fairly low rocks brings you to a lovely sandy cove with good swimming at low tide.
