Situated within Polzeath village about 250 metres from the beach. Set back from the Old Polzeath road by a hedged garden and driveway, the apartment is spacious, light and airy and well furnished. Previously used as a holiday home by the owners it has been fitted out and kept to a high standard. In the Village is a Post Office, newsagent, Spar supermarket, surf shop and surf school and several eating out places, Padstow and Rock are also nearby. This apartment is ideally situated for family beach holidays. The beach is a paradise for children and safe for surfing and swimming. Beautiful, unspoilt walks along NT coastline, arguably some of the finest coastal scenery in Britain. Good sailing is to be had at Rock (2 miles). There is also a water ski school and fishing trips available at Rock. Pony trekking and several golf courses are available nearby. The Eden Project is about 40 minutes drive, and well worth a visit.
