The 17th century flint cottage is situated in mid-Norfolk, approximately 20 miles from the historic city of Norwich, 20 miles from King's Lynn and 16 miles from the North Norfolk coast. The Norfolk Broads are about 25 miles away. There are many attractions in the area including National Trust Houses, bird sanctuaries, interesting historical buildings and churches and Sandringham Royal Estate. Brisley is a small village situated midway between the market towns of Dereham and Fakenham (6 miles). It has a church, excellent pub and restaurant, and an unfenced common where sheep and livestock graze freely. There are many good pubs and restaurants in the area. Brisley is only 2 miles from North Elmham where there are ruins of a Saxon Cathedral. Only weekly bookings accepted over Christmas& New Year.
