Description
The barn is equipped to a high specification, with underfloor heating, comfortable furniture and well-presented kitchens. The open vaulted living rooms on the first floor has exposed beams and a wood burning stove, TV/DVD player are installed, as well as a CD/radio. Some games and books are provided, together with a card table for bridge players. There is enough china and glassware to entertain two additional guests for a meal. Roughton is a small village, 5km to the south of Cromer. There is an excellent convenience store/garage and one of the best Fish and Chip shops in North Norfolk. Groveland is a Farm Shop with 'Pick your own' fruit and vegetables in season, together with an excellent butcher, hairdresser, organic food shop, garden centre and clothes boutique at the other end of the Village. Outside,the barn has a small patio area with table and chairs for use in the summer months. The roses are getting established. Guests may use parts of the gardens.
