Island Lodge overlooks a beautiful 120 acre private lake in the Cotswolds and is a traditional log house made in Finland. Extremely comfortable and welcoming, the living room has a cosy woodburner and all the rooms are thoughtfully furnished. The veranda leads on to a spacious sunny decked area with garden furniture, rocking chair and barbecue facilities. There are stunning views across the lake especially on moon-lit nights! The Lake has excellent fishing opportunities for pike, perch, tench and roach, boat and life jacket provided. The property has a resident nightingale colony, and a wealth of unusual flora and fauna.
