Beautiful contemporary 2-bedroomed cottage adjacent to the farmhouse with stunning views across open countryside. It’s spacious and light, quality fittings and central heating make it an ideal escape destination, whatever the time of year. It is situated on our family working dairy farm and guests may watch the milking, collect the hens eggs for breakfast, feed the baby lambs (in the spring) and visit the rare breeds of pigs. Coarse fishing is available. Also on marches way footpath and close to sandstone trail. Only a short 20-minute drive will bring you to the beautiful city of Chester with the largest retail outlet in Europe (Cheshire Oaks) and Chester zoo. Other local attractions include Cholmondely and Beeston castle, Oulton Park, Cheshire ice cream farm, Bridgemere garden world and Stapely water gardens. There are several excellent local restaurants for dining out, the nearest being the Wheat sheaf Inn, only ¾ mile away. Finalist in Cheshire Tourism Award, 2005. Bed and breakfast also available.
