Good road access via the A470 and just an hour from the Severn Bridges. The accommodation is part of a Welsh smallholding with sheep, hens, geese and a horse providing interest to younger visitors. This is an ideal location fro relaxing in or exploring the glorious Welsh countryside; be it in the renowned Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and tourist attractions or local walks off the beaten track. outdoor pursuits abound locally - walking, horse riding, canoeing, gliding, rock climbing, sailing, golf (5 courses within 15 miles). Indoor sports facilities at Brecon Leisure Centre, Llangorse Rope and Climbing Centre. The world famous book town of Hay-on-Wye is 10 miles away where an annual Literary Festival is held. Brecon's Jaxx Festival is probably the largest such event in Europe with regular appearances of Van Morrison and the Dutch Krukke Band.
